Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

 Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is an American politician and teacher who is worth a net of $200 thousand. She was elected to Congress in the United States Congress in 2018. She is also known as her initial acronym "AOC" and she started serving in January 2019. Her 14th Congressional District is located in New York. She is the daughter and son of Sergio Ocasio-Cortez (Blanca Ocasio-Cortez) and Gabriel Ocasio-Cortez. The loss of her father occurred in the year 2012. Her mother worked as employed as a homekeeper, and her dad was a small-business operator. They settled at Yorktown Heights when she was five. Yorktown High School was where she was educated and excelled when she was a student. After graduating from high school in 2007, she enrolled at Boston University. While she was still in college and working, she was an intern at U.S. Her parents helped with the long probate process required to resolve the estate of her father following his death in her second year. She has said both experiences had a large impact on her. Ocasio-Cortez earned an undergraduate degree in economics and international relations from the university of Texas at Austin in the year 2011.
